Order Processing & Delivery Times
All orders are processed for shipment within 3-5 business days. Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday. Once Shipped It takes 2-7 days depending on your location and from which warehouse order is shipped, In Few cases due to any Natural Calamity or far reach of area it can take additional days
Metro deliveries arrive within 2-4 working days from the date of Product being shipped
Rest of India can take 3-7 working days depending on your location in India
During sale periods we endeavour to deliver orders within our regular delivery times, however order processing and delivery times may take 2-3 business days longer.
When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address.
Receiving Your Order
Once Order Received we will email you related to order ID. Incase you don’t receive one kindly email us at support@haanum.com
Item Availability
Occasionally stock levels are not up-to-date on the Online Store; this means items may not be available at the time of purchase. The likelihood of this occurring is extremely rare.
If this occurs to an item in your order, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.
Changes to Your Order
If you need to make any changes to your order Kindly contact us at Support@Haanum.com. We can’t try to make changes as per your request but incase if an order is processed and shipped or label uploaded we won’t be able to make any changes and there will be extra amount of 100INR per product incase of any RTO re needs to be shipped
Order Tracking
Incase you have ordered more than one Product your tracking ID can be multiple due to multiple shipments as our products are in different warehouses in India.
Hence you need to check mail for all tracking Links email from our side.
Once order is shipped tracking is only Available then or any activity in tracking Link.
What is Haanum’s Exchange Policy?
Any Product Used/Washed Once Cannot be Exchnaged or Refunded.
Free exchange on Size issue but no Refund on Size issues and on Plus size(i.e. 2XL and above sizes)
If you are unhappy with the product that you have received, you have to inform us on support@haanum.com within 7 Days of receipt and items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
We will Charge 100INR for T-shirts and 150INR for Sweatshirts and Hoodies if these Products are brought with a Coupon Code or During Haanum Sale Timeline for Exchange Hence kindly be Sure about your size and What you are Ordering
After our approval, you can send it back to us within 7 days of receiving the product. Please dispatch product back to us using a reputed courier to our given Address Specifically
Cash on Delivery Charge is not refundable
What is Haanum’s Refund Policy?

Any product bought during sale or with a discount code will not be eligible for refund.
If you are unhappy with the product that you have received, you have to inform us on support@haanum.com within 24hrs of receipt and items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
For the refund of Printed products, you need to send us the product in its original form to our origin address and then the refund amount will get credited to you via a Gift card which you can use on our website anytime.
For the refund of Plain products, you need to send us the product in its original form to our origin address and then the refund amount will get credited to your source account.

I have received a wrong/defective product. How do I proceed?
