Shipping and Returns Policy

Every product is shipped within 3-7 days of order confirmation and it's absolutely free with 0 INR as the minimum order value.

If any product is undelivered due to the non availability of the customer on the phone number provided, the product will be sent back to us and the customer has to wait for us to receive the product and then we will send it back. 

We at Haanum strive to give you the quality product of your choice. However, if you are not happy with the order that you have received for any reason, you can mail us at support@Haanum.com

What is Haanum’s Exchange Policy?

If you are unhappy with the product that you have received, you have to inform us on support@haanum.com within 24 hours of receipt and items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. 

After our approval, you can send it back to us within 7 days of receiving the product. Please dispatch product back to us using a reputed courier to 52, Pocket 2, DDA, sector-11 Dwarka, New Delhi.

We will send back the replacement plus an additional Rs. 100 Gift Card to compensate for the amount spent by you in sending the product(s) back to us. (Cash on Delivery handling charges and international shipping charges are non-refundable).

What is Haanum’s Refund Policy?

For the refund of printed products, you need to send us the product in its original form to our origin address and then the refund amount will get credited to you via a Gift card which you can use on our website anytime.

For the refund of plain products, you need to send us the product in its original form to our origin address and then the refund amount will get credited to your source account.



What products cannot be returned/exchanged as per Haanum’s Exchange Policy?
Mobile Covers, Posters, Coffee Mugs, Beer Mugs, Shot Glasses, Coasters, and Fridge Magnets are manufactured on-demand and made especially for you once you place an order, and hence, we cannot accept Returns or Exchanges for these products.
In case of any sort of manufacturing defect, you can mail us at care@haanum.com and we'll help you out.

How do I send the product back?
You can send it back to us via a cost-effective courier company or registered post. Most courier companies will be willing to pick it up from your address.

Can Haanum arrange for the product to be picked up from my address?
No, the customer has to arrange it

Will I have to pay for returning the products?
Yes, you will have to bear the postal charges for sending your products back to us. We will reimburse you with a Haanum gift card worth Rs. 100 once we receive your products back and verify that they are new and unused. This coupon can be used on any future purchase of Haanum products.

We can also generate the pickup for your product but you will have to pay us the cost for the return pickup. 


I have received a wrong/defective product. How do I proceed?
Please send the product back to our address using the same process mentioned above. We will replace the product and reimburse you courier cost for returning the products to us in the form of a Haanum Giftcard. (Rs. 100)


Can I cancel my order before it is shipped out?
All orders that come in on a normal working day between Monday to Saturday before 10:00 AM are shipped out on the same day. Orders that come in after 10:00 AM, Sundays, or Public holidays are shipped out on the next working day.

Can I get a refund for my Prepaid order if I cancel it?
Yes, we can refund your Prepaid payment on request in case you have requested to cancel your order through the previously mentioned procedure. Refunds will be given in form of a Haanum Gift card which can be used on the Haanum website.
