Standard Sizing: We follow U.S. and EU standards and our sizes do not vary by more than +/- 0.5 inches.

We want you to love what you wear. If something goes wrong, here’s how we’ll help:
1. When You Can Return or Exchange
• Damaged, wrong item, or manufacturing defect: We’ll replace or refund.
• Size doesn’t fit (eligible products): One-time size exchange or store credit.
• Change of mind or didn’t like it: Sorry, not returnable.
• Sale: Not returnable.

2. Timelines
• Damaged/defect claims: Raise within 48 hours of delivery with photos + unboxing video.
• Size exchange / store credit: Request within 7 days of delivery.

3. Condition Rules
We can only accept items that are:
• Unworn, unwashed, with all original tags/packaging.
• Free from stains, odours, or damage.
If quality check fails, we’ll send the item back (shipping will be chargeable).

4. Costs
• Defect/wrong item: Reverse pickup and reshipping are free.
• Size exchange (prepaid orders): First exchange is free. From the second exchange onwards, reverse pickup fee applies.
• Size exchange (COD orders): Reverse pickup fee applies from the first request (₹99 per item, ₹149 for hoodies/jackets).
• Self-ship: Use your own courier; once received and passed QC, we’ll add a ₹50 bonus to your store credit.
• Shipping & COD fees: Not refundable.
• COD handling fee: Not refundable. Any COD refunds will be issued as a gift card valid for 1 year.

5. What You Get Back
• Defects/wrong item: Replacement or full refund (COD refunds as gift card).
• Size issue: Store credit (valid 12 months).
• Exchanges: Same product, different size (once per item).

Our team will guide you on reverse pickup or self-ship. Once we get the product, QC takes 3–5 working days. After that, we’ll process your exchange, refund, or credit.

7. Fair Use
To keep things fair for everyone:
• Multiple returns, wardrobing (wear-and-return), COD refusals, or tampering may lead to blocked returns or higher fees.

8. Special Cases
• Bundles: Must be returned complete.
• Gifts: Refunds/credits go to the original buyer’s account.

Mobile covers, Posters, All over Print products like Bomber Jacket and AOP T-shirts and Plus sizes Products like 3XL and Above cant be refunded

Any Product Used/Washed Once Cannot be Exchnaged or Refunded.

I have received a wrong/defective product. How do I proceed?
